Shittiness and Goodness

The Shittiness–Goodness series consists of charts and diagrams reflecting my ambivalence between optimism and pessimism. First, I created a key to rank daily life events and assign points from -4 to +4. Initially, the chart was an attempt to prove how often quotidian experience is aggravating. Later, I decided to become an optimist, and the charts show how many good things happen in my life and encourage a daily practice of gratitude.
